Your Local Thrift Shops

Welcome to the Saluda Center’s Shop Local hub. Nestled in the heart of Saluda, our two volunteer-run thrift shops—Thrifty Barn and Cottage Treasures—offer gently loved goods that fuel the spirit of community.

 

Your purchases go far beyond the register: they support shared meals, senior wellness classes, game nights, local arts programs, and the welcoming atmosphere that defines our Center.

This includes: Wellness Classes, Community Table Meals, Inclusive Workshops, Bingo & Social Events, and many more. If you are interested in checking out our classes, click here.

Last year, these shops helped fund hundreds of free programs and brought our community together.

Thrifty Barn

Thrift Shop with Heart in Saluda, NC

Conveniently located behind the Center, Thrifty Barn offers neighbor-priced clothing, accessories, cookware, lamps, and everyday essentials.

Hours:

  • Wed–Fri: 10 AM – 4 PM

  • Sat: 10 AM – 1 PM

Cottage Treasures

Furniture & Home Finds in Saluda, NC

Located on the ground floor of the Saluda Center's main building with convenient parking, Cottage Treasures features furniture, vintage décor, seasonal accents, and home treasures filled with charm.

Hours:​

  • Fri & Sat: 11 AM – 3 PM
