Whether it's a celebration, community program, class, fundraiser, meeting, private event, or conference space, the Saluda Center offer a welcoming space to host your gathering. While senior-friendly and community-centered events, take priority, everyone is welcome.
Location
The Saluda Center is located directly above downtown Saluda, North Carolina and within walking distance of many fantastic shops & restaurants, including the: Purple Onion, Wildflour Bakery, and many other dining & shopping options. If you need recommendation for local catering, flowers, shopping, etc, please contact us.

Affordable rate of $35 per hour (processing fee applies)
Booking Requirements

$100 refundable deposit required for all reservations. An additional $100 deposit is required for kitchen use.

Saluda Center events take precedence over private events

All bookings require board approval
Reservation Priority
Facilities rentals follow the below priority system:

Scheduled Saluda Center activities

Community use, especially offerings for senior citizens

Private event
Cancellation Policy

More than 72 hours before event: Full refund
-
Less than 72 hours: 50% refund
-
Security deposit: Fully refunded if no damage occurs

*Piano restrictions: use is prohibited without permission and a signed contract.
**Please note: Maximum occupancy is 120 people for the entire building; Piano use is only allowed with a signed contract.
