These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Saluda Center programs, events, and use of our facilities and website. By registering for or attending any activity, you agree to these terms. Participant Eligibility & Registration
Most events are open to all ages and offered free of charge. Some activities may require advance registration, RSVP, or age limits. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to meet any published eligibility criteria.
Registration & Payment
If an event carries a fee, payment is due at the time of the event or class and is payable by cash or Venmo. Venue Rental payments are required to confirm your reservation and can be made online. Refunds are granted if your is canceled by the Center or as otherwise noted in the venue rental description.

Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participation is voluntary and may involve physical activity or shared spaces. You assume all risks of injury, illness, or loss of personal property. The Saluda Center, its board members, staff, and volunteers are not liable for damages arising from your participation.
Code of Conduct
To ensure a welcoming environment, all attendees must:

Failure to comply may result in removal from events or denial of future participation.
Intellectual Property
All content on saludacenter.com and event materials (handouts, presentations, videos) are owned by the Saluda Center or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
Photography & Media
The Saluda Center may photograph or record public events for promotional use. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used. If you prefer otherwise, notify staff in writing before the event starts.
Donations & Purchases
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Purchases at Thrifty Barn and Cottage Treasures are final unless otherwise stated. Proceeds support Saluda Center programs.
